These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, information and related services (“Services”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery information and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products offered on our website.

Product images may include clothing, wigs, accessories, props or styling items for photography purposes that are not included unless specifically stated in the product description or order.
Where a product is customised, the final product will be based on the options confirmed as part of your order.
Minor variations that are normal for the relevant material or manufacturing process do not automatically constitute a defect.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products may be customised, made to order, ready to ship or available in limited quantities.
Availability can change without notice.
We may discontinue products, features, materials or customisation options from time to time.
If an item or selected option becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
5. PRICES
Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by law.
Promotional pricing, discount codes and special offers may be subject to separate terms, dates, eligibility requirements or stock availability.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.
6. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean we are required to accept it.
We may review orders before accepting or proceeding with them.
We may refuse, hold, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• Payment cannot be authorised
• There is an obvious pricing or listing error
• A product or selected option is unavailable
• Fraud or unauthorised payment is reasonably suspected
• The order appears to breach applicable law
• We reasonably believe the purchaser does not meet our 18+ requirement
Where an order is cancelled by us and payment has already been received, any refund owing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your:

• Shipping address
• Product and customisation selections

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made will depend on the current status of the order.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.
8. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many products available through our website are made or customised specifically according to customer selections.
Production times vary depending on the brand, product, material and options selected.
Where we provide production photos, quality-control photos or other confirmation before shipment, customers should review those materials promptly so shipment is not unnecessarily delayed.
Once production has progressed, changes may no longer be possible or additional costs may apply.
Cancellation of custom and made-to-order products is governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
9. CANCELLATIONS
We understand that circumstances can change.
Cancellation may be requested after placing an order, subject to the current progress of that order and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
For orders cancelled within the applicable early cancellation period, payment-processing and other non-recoverable costs may apply.
For orders that have progressed further, the applicable cancellation fee may increase depending on the production or order status.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be treated as a pre-shipment cancellation and our Returns Policy will apply.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Customised or made-to-order products require production before shipment, while ready-to-ship products generally do not require the normal custom production period.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier conditions, public holidays, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking information will generally be provided after dispatch.
Shipping, discreet packaging, customs clearance, PO Box limitations and other delivery information are explained in our Shipping & Delivery page.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before your order is dispatched.
11. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT PROCEDURES
Where we state that customs clearance or import procedures are handled by us as part of the relevant Australian delivery service, we will arrange those procedures as described in our Shipping & Delivery information.
Customers are responsible for providing any accurate information reasonably required to complete delivery.
12. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after delivery.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under applicable Australian law.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details together with clear photos or videos where appropriate.
Do not return a product without contacting us first.
13. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms, our Returns Policy, warranty information or any other website policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a repair, replacement, refund, compensation or another remedy, those rights will apply regardless of anything in these Terms.
Consumer rights under Australian law cannot be removed by a business’s terms and conditions.
14. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.
Some payment methods are provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
We may delay processing an order while a payment is being verified or reviewed.
Where Afterpay or another third-party payment provider is used, your agreement with that provider is separate from your purchase agreement with us.
15. FRAUD AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION
To protect customers and our business, orders may be subject to reasonable fraud, identity or payment verification.
Where an order triggers a security review, we may contact you for additional information reasonably required to verify the transaction.
We may place an order on hold while verification is completed.
Information obtained for security purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, it will only be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The original Shopify template contained substantially broader exclusions of liability; I recommend using this narrower wording because Australian consumer rights cannot simply be contracted away.
24. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss reasonably suffered by us as a direct result of your unlawful use of our website, deliberate misuse of our Services or material breach of these Terms.
Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us for loss caused by our own negligence, misconduct or breach of applicable law.

You must not use our website or Services:

The latest version will be published on our website together with the updated date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
