At Sex Doll Industry Australia, we aim to make delivery as clear, private and straightforward as possible. Delivery time depends on whether your order is customised or ready to ship.
Order & Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of production time + shipping time.
Custom orders require production before shipment. Production time varies depending on the brand, material, body, head and selected options.
Once your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch, express delivery to most Australian locations generally takes around 7–10 business days.
Ready-to-ship products are already available in their listed configuration and do not require the normal custom production period, allowing for faster dispatch.
Shipping Cost
We provide free Australia-wide shipping on eligible orders.
Where express shipping is included as part of a current promotion or product offer, this will be shown on the relevant product or offer page.
If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, secure outer packaging.
The outside of the parcel does not display product images or obvious branding that reveals the contents.
We take customer privacy seriously throughout the packing and delivery process.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the delivery progress.
Depending on the product, parcel size and destination, shipments may be handled by carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or another suitable delivery provider.
Customs & Import Clearance
You do not need to arrange customs clearance yourself.
Sex Doll Industry Australia handles the customs clearance and import procedures required for your order.
There is nothing special you need to prepare. Once your order is ready, we arrange shipment and delivery to your nominated address.
PO Boxes & Delivery Addresses
Larger products generally cannot be delivered to a standard PO Box because of parcel size restrictions.
Some smaller parcels may be suitable for PO Box delivery. If you need delivery to a PO Box or another collection arrangement, please contact us before ordering so we can check the available options.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier conditions, remote destinations, weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
If your shipment experiences an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist with checking the delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
We will review the shipment and work with the carrier where required to help resolve the issue.
