Due to internal space limitations, the breathing function cannot be combined with auto blowjob when selecting a 148cm C-cup TPE body. These functions cannot operate simultaneously on this body type.

Demonstration
This video shows the breathing function together with the auto-suction system in real use. When both features are selected, the system will default to the built-in internal suction configuration.

This setup provides a more realistic experience and simplifies operation — simply charge the device and activate the function with a single button.
